Karen Oettli-Geddes: I grew up in Farnham, Surrey, England. Switzerland has been my home for my whole adult life and InEnglish was founded in 1999. Qualified to teach English to adults, I coach students in modern business English with sessions based on their own line of business, interspersed with subjects of topical interest.

My translation expertise stems from over 20 years of experience and a passion for the power of language.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts in European Studies, University of Sussex, UK
• CELTA, Certificate of English Language Teaching to Adults
• Translation Diploma from HDS St. Gallen
• Back-office experience in Travel and Interior Design
• Languages: German (fluent), Swiss German (fluent),
